Everyone is talking about the new casino. You hear the questions rattled off every night, .When are they opening?., \"How many poker tables and gaming tables will there be?\", and \"What's the rake going to be like?\" Well I am here to answer those questions.

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races had a \"soft\" opening Thursday night. They had 7 table games available to play. After their success and a few glitches worked out with their cameras they proceeded to open an array of table games Friday afternoon. However, not all 85 tables were open, just blackjack, craps and roulette. The poker room however stayed quite except for the final touches that were being made. At 11:00 PM I was on the phone with the Poker Room Manager and was told that they will not be open for another 30 minutes and then would be closing at 4:00 AM, then reopening the poker room at 8:00 PM Saturday. Only 6 of their 27 tables will be open. He then proceeded to tell me that upon opening they will have 1/2 NL, 2/5 NL, 3/6 L and that is as much as he thought they would go for table stakes. Then I asked him a question that hundreds of people I have spoken with have been asking, \"What is your rake going to be for poker?\" He replied, \"For all No Limit games the rake will be collect every dealer switch, which is every half hour, at the amount of $6 per player.\" This was news to me and many other people I have talked to because it was thought the rake would be 10% of every pot up to $6 and $1 a pot for the bad beat jackpot. I then asked about the bad beat jackpot and he told me that they will not start raking that for a \"month or so\". After getting off the phone I immediately contacted friends to let them know that the prior information about the poker room was wrong. Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races sounds like they are handling everything in the best possible way a new establishment, in this situation and pressure, can and are doing a fine job. I.m not sure this is a weekend to go up there and give it a try until they work out the kinks. Revel Casino in Atlantic City

Atlantic City, NJ – November 7, 2007 – Revel Entertainment Group, LLC (“Revel” or the “Company”) announced today that it received preliminary site plan approval from the City of Atlantic City Planning Board for its beachfront casino entertainment resort on twenty acres of land along the Atlantic City Boardwalk as well as certain onsite circulation and other infrastructure improvements in connection with the project.

Revel’s application highlighted its plan to develop a facility including two hotel towers with approximately 1,900 rooms each, 150,000 square feet of casino space and 500,000 square feet of dining, retail and entertainment space including a 5,500 seat theater, an expansive health club and spa, meeting space and an outdoor oceanfront beach on approximately one acre. The Company is in the process of determining whether both hotel towers will be completed in the first phase of construction.

Commenting on the approval, Kevin DeSanctis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Revel Entertainment, said, “This is a significant regulatory step forward in commencing construction of the Company’s resort entertainment casino project. Our plans are nearly complete, we expect to commence footing and foundation work shortly and believe that construction will last approximately 36 months.”

The twenty acre Revel Entertainment development site is one of the largest, most uniform and contiguous properties in Atlantic City and is located at the northern end of the Boardwalk bordered by Oriental, New Jersey and Metropolitan avenues. The site features over 1,000 feet of beach frontage.

Revel Entertainment previously announced that Tishman Construction Corporation is serving as Construction Manager and that Arquitectonica has been named the design architect, BLT Architects has been named Executive Architect and Architect of Record and SOSH Architects has been named Associate Architect for the Company’s Atlantic City resort development project. Pursuant to the regulations of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Land Use Regulation Program, the Company has also applied for a CAFRA (Coastal Area Facility Review Act) Permit for the project.

Margaritaville at the Marina Casino in AC

Trenton, N.J. - Coastal Development, LLC Chairman and CEO, Richard T. Fields, today announced before an audience of government officials, builders, developers and union officials, including Governor John Corzine, that after his acquisition of Trump Marina Hotel and Casino the hotel, casino and marina will remain open for business, even as Coastal rebrands and relaunches the property as "Margaritaville at the Marina."

Mr. Field's remarks this morning were made at the New Jersey Alliance for Action symposium on the Future Atlantic City Casino Construction.

"I wanted to come here, in person, and tell you we intend to keep the marina, hotel and casino open during the entire rebranding and refurbishment process," said Fields. "In addition to creating hundreds of new construction jobs, we want to keep as many of the hotel staff working as well because when Atlantic City succeeds and New Jersey succeeds - I believe we all succeed."

Currently the hotel, marina and casino, situated on 14 acres, includes a 27-story hotel and 540-seat cabaret-style theater, nightclub, three players clubs, four retail outlets, six restaurants, a cocktail lounge, a recreation deck complete with a health spa, outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and jogging track. The hotel and casino also have an 11 bay bus terminal and a roof-top helipad, as well as a nine story parking garage capable of accommodating approximately 3,000 cars.
